What's Involved in a Real Estate Appraisal?
Firstly, one of our appraisers will need to make an appointment to inspect your home. They will patiently answer any questions you may have about the inspection process. They will then do a walk-through of your home room by room taking detailed notes, measurements, and photos that are essential to the completion of the inspection. Additionally, they will measure the exterior of your property to determine its exact size. After all the necessary information is obtained, they will then begin the tedious process of completing the appraisal report at our office using the appropriate forms and tools. The inspection should take no longer than 60-minutes, and our turnaround time to deliver your finalized appraisal report is 3-5 business days.
